Everything at JAM Hot Chicken is spicy, from the “hot, fresh, [and] juicy” fried-chicken sandwiches to the bright-red picnic-table umbrellas and rockin’ playlist.

Originally a pop-up food stand, and now a kiosk in Winter Park’s Hannibal Square, JAM gets its moniker from the first letters of Andrew and his brothers’ names—but also the 1990s pop music that plays while you wait.
