Whitesnake’s Joel Hoekstra and Devil City Angels’ Brandon Gibbs are combining forces to perform at the inaugural ROCK ON Lake Concord on Friday, October 4, 6 - 9 pm.
The high-energy duo, with searing guitar riffs, completed a European tour last year and are making their way across the United States this year.
Join Joel Hoekstra and Brandon Gibbs as they bring you a concert that you are not going to want to miss. Music from bands each have been a part of, (Whitesnake, Poison to name a few) add to that, killer guitar riffs, some of their own music, great stories and more!

This is an exclusive, one-time only show in Casselberry. Many, especially in the rock music world, recognize the name Hoekstra immediately for his current tenure as lead guitarist in Whitesnake and playing arenas each winter with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Hoekstra also joined Cher for her Las Vegas residency. In addition, he is also known for his highly regarded touring work with Foreigner, Night Ranger and an original member of Broadway’s Rock of Ages Band. He currently is also a member of Revolution Saints with Dean Castronovo (Journey) and Jeff Pilson (Foreigner/Dokken).
Gibbs is no stranger to the music scene, as he is a powerhouse front man with searing vocals and blazing guitar riffs. Brandon was asked to sing back up for Poison during the highly acclaimed 2022 Stadium Tour that featured Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett.
In addition, Gibbs is also the front man and co-writer for supergroup Devil City Angels (w/Rikki Rockett and Tracii Guns).
The opening act for the night of music will be Orlando power vocalist Ensley Riley and her band “SPiTFIRE!,” who will provide a special 1980s acoustic performance.
Lead vocalist Riley brings her experience from Nashville and Los Angeles to join forces with top musicians including her husband and bassist, Matt Riley, who has been a fixture on the Orlando local music scene since the 1980s bringing the heart beat to bands such as AZRAEL and FuRious! They will be joined by guitarist Jordan Itzkovitz who has been a staple musician in Orlando for over 30 years.
