Downtown Orlando is getting a new tapas restaurant and craft cocktail bar, with the venue set to open on E. Robinson Street.
White Rabbit Restaurant and Bar is a new and exciting restaurant concept that will be located in the heart of downtown Orlando, and its set to ope this summer.
The New York City inspired Restaurant and Bar is being described as where Latin American and American gastropub cuisine meet craft cocktails.
The new venue will be a place to eat, share, and drink in a chic setting with live music and modern vintage art.
Expect international tapas, small plates, and craft cocktails in this new concept from the owners of Vines Grille and Wine Bar on Sand Lake Road.
The unique sharable style menu curated by Chef Fabiano Almos (Maxine’s on Shine and Vines Grille and Wine Bar) is influenced by the flavors of Latin America and elevated American classics.
The menu features a variety of delicious foods, like seafood paella, empanadas, charred grilled octopus, lamb lollipops, wagyu beef sliders, elevated flat-breads, fried pork chunks, wings, and more.
The cocktail menu is crafted with care and features classic cocktails as well as a twist on some of the best cocktails from around the world.
The NYC-inspired decor featuring brick exterior, black, white, and gold trims, and finishes, creates an atmosphere that transports you back in time.
The large bar, which is 40' long, features multiple LED TVs with a special film that creates a realistic window effect, this is a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
White Rabbit is due to open summer 2023, with the owners hoping for a late July, early August timeline.
