It’s finally time for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. Taking place from Friday, July 26 – Sunday, August 11 2024. A total of 329 events across 39 sports will be held at the 2024 Paris Olympics. This includes all of the traditional Olympic sports, along with three sports which debuted three years ago at the Tokyo Olympics: sport climbing, skateboarding and surfing.


One new sport will debut at the 2024 Paris Olympics: breaking, the street style of dance which originated in the U.S. The sport of breaking will introduce a new breed of Olympic athlete to the world when B-Boys and B-Girls face off in head-to-head improv dance battles.


Olympic fans in the United States can plan to watch many of the most highly anticipated events of the 2024 Paris Olympics live. With Paris six hours ahead of the United States’ Eastern Standard Time zone, the competition day will start for U.S. fans each day around 3am ET and conclude at about 6pm ET. 


Each morning and afternoon during the Olympics, live competition will be presented across NBC, including live finals for the most-anticipated events in swimming, gymnastics, track and field, basketball, beach volleyball and more.


In Orlando there is many local spots that are celebrating and streaming the 2024 Paris Olympics. With drinks specials, happy hour bites and of course multiple large screen TVs for all your viewing pleasure, you will never miss a moment of the action.

Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride will be hosting official watch parties for four matches across both the men’s and women’s soccer competitions, supporting the Club’s players representing their respective countries in France.


The watch party schedule will begin on July 25 at American Social Orlando, when Brazil takes on Nigeria at 1 p.m. ET in Group C play. Pride fans will be able to cheer on the team’s four Brazilian members, including team captain Marta who will be making her final Olympic appearance for her country. Orlando Forward Adriana and defender Rafaelle have also been selected to the Brazil squad, with midfielder Angelina selected as an alternate.


Immediately following the early afternoon match, the U.S. Women’s National Team will kick off its Olympic run with its opening Group B match against Zambia at 3 p.m. ET. Pride forward Barbra Banda and newest member Grace Chanda will represent Zambia in the Copper Queens second-ever appearance in the tournament, while Pride defender Emily Sams is a recently announced alternate for the USA.


American Social Orlando will also host the Club’s watch party for the women’s gold medal game on August 10 at 11 a.m. ET.


Game Room and Social Club will host a watch party for the U.S. Men’s Olympic Team on Saturday, July 27, at 1 p.m. ET Orlando City fans can cheer on club and country as they watch Lions’ forward Duncan McGuire join the U.S squad to take on New Zealand in its second game of Group A.
