The popular California-inspired restaurant at Disney Springs, Summer House on the Lake will be ringing in the new year with special eats and sips on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
On NewYear's Eve, Tuesday, December 31 from 11 am - 11pm, raise a glass of Summer House Rosé and toast to 2025 with fresh flavors, specials like Lobster Bisque and Seared Sea Scallops, cookies, and refreshing beverages to kick off your New Year’s Eve festivities.
Then, on New Year's Day, Wednesday, January 1 enjoy a delicious brunch from 10 am - 2pm, or dinner from 2 pm - 11 pm.
Start 2025 by saying “YES!” to brunch favorites such as Warm Cinnamon Roll and Huevos Rancheros, along with specials like Eggnog Pancakes and Cheesy Scrambled Eggs.
Keep the party going with hand-crafted brunch cocktails to toast to a bright year ahead. Swing by the bar area and enjoy Martini Hour from 3 - 6 pm, then stay for dinner to tuck into signatures like the Spicy Salumi & Burrata Pizza, Costa Mesa Salad, Prime Cheeseburger, plus seasonal specials like Lobster Bisque.
Plus, if celebrating a new year is not enjouh, January 1 is National Bloody Mary Day! Catch the hair of the dog with the Summer House Bloody Mary with Basic Vodka, Uncle Dougie's spicy mix, candied bacon, pickled tomatillo and Spiteful Lager.
In addition to celebrating a new year, the restaurant just rolled out its new happy hour: "Martini Hour," available every Monday – Friday from 3 - 6 pm, offering $10 Classic Martinis and Espresso Martinis, $5 sommelier-selected red, white, and rosé wine, $4 rotating beers, and bites like Summer House Tostadas, Lobby Cut Tavern-Style Pizza, and the Prime Cheeseburger.
Summer House’s Martini Hour is available in the bar area only, and seating is first-come, first-served.
