Universal Orlando Resort has revealed that they have changed the song selection process for Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, with the choices of 30 songs reduced to only 5.

Previously, the coaster offered five different genre choices, with six songs for guests to choose from in each genre. Now there is only 1 song per genre.

The 5 tracks are all brand new, with 1 track representing each genre of Rock, Pop/Disco, Country, Rap/Hip Hop, and Club/Electronica.

The new song choices are:

Classic Rock/Metal

Welcome to the Black Parade by My Chemical Romance

Pop/Disco

Waterloo by ABBA

Country

Man! I Feel Like a Woman! by Shania Twain

Rap/Hip-Hop

Humble by Kendrick Lamar

Club/Electronica

Sandstorm by Darude

Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is the largest X-Coaster ever built by German manufacturer Maurer Söhne. The coaster officially debuted on August 19, 2009, featuring on-ride music LED lighting, and on-ride photos and videos captured from cameras mounted in each passenger row.
