Universal Orlando Resort Reduce Smoking Areas To Only One Location Per Theme Park

Universal Orlando Resort has announced that going forward, they will only be providing one smoking area per theme park.

Universal Orlando Resort is closing the majority of its designated smoking areas in its theme parks, leaving only one smoking location in each Universal Orlando theme park.

In accordance with Florida Amendment 6, all restaurants and bars that serve food are smoke-free areas with smoking only permitted in designated areas.

Universal Studios Florida had 8 designated smoking locations, with the only remaining smoking area in Gramercy Park, in front of Revenge of the Mummy.

In Universal’s Islands of Adventure, the one and only designated smoking area is in front of the lagoon within Port of Entry, with the park previously having 6 smoking areas.

Universal CityWalk will remain unchanged at this time, as will Volcano Bay which has 3 smoking areas.
