The Winery & Tasting Room by Brewlando debuts “Pearsecco” this New Year’s Eve

What’s New Year’s Eve without a little bubbly? To ring in the new year, The Winery & Tasting Room by Brewlando at ICON Park is introducing a new prosecco with a special twist.

“Pearsecco” is, you guessed it, a pear-flavored prosecco brewed onsite at The Winery & Tasting Room. The beverage contains no artificial flavors, utilizes a pear-based concentrate and is fermented at a warm temperature with Côte des Blancs yeast for maximum flavor.

The bubbly beverage will be one of the highlights of The Winery & Tasting Room’s ticketed New Year’s Eve event. On December 31 from 9 p.m. to 1 p.m., guests can enjoy unlimited bubbly, light charcuterie & dessert bites, live DJ entertainment and more, all under the sparkling lights of The Orlando Eye. Tickets will be $50 and can be purchased online.

“Pearsecco” will debut at The Winery & Tasting Room and is soon expected to be offered at other Brewlando locations for $10 a glass.
