Orlando Metropolitan Ballet Academy presents Sugar Plum Fairy's Winter Tale on November 29, 2024 at the Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater.

Glide into the magic of the season in this two-act ballet set in the enchanting world of Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker.” The story begins with Clara’s gift of a nutcracker doll.

As the clock strikes midnight, Clara embarks on a fantastical journey in a snow-covered kingdom, where her Nutcracker turns into a prince. The elegant Sugar Plum Fairy welcomes them to her realm, and the ballet unfolds as the Land of Sweets comes alive with colorful performances representing various confections.

The Sugar Plum Fairy leaves an indelible mark of grace and splendor in our hearts, making this production a timeless spectacle of wonder and magic.
