Vision Hospitality Group, in collaboration with The Autograph Collection Hotels have unveiled The Inn at Celebration, Autograph Collection, which recently underwent a multimillion-dollar property renovation and joined the elite Autograph Collection Hotel Portfolio.
The lakefront property in Celebration, Florida, officially changed its name from Celebration Hotel to The Inn at Celebration, Autograph Collection in November 2024, marking the culmination of the comprehensive property renovation and thoughtful embodiment of Marriott’s Autograph Collection brand ethos.
A ribbon cutting took place on February 6 to mark the occasion.
“In 2022, when Vision Hospitality Group acquired an inn-style hotel situated in the natural beauty of Central Florida, we were investing in a hidden gem,” said Mitch Patel, president & CEO, Vision Hospitality Group. “Our extensive hotel makeover embraced the traditional architectural elements of an inn while incorporating creative design elements, full-service amenities, and modern enrichments for shaping distinct guest experiences.”
The Inn at Celebration, Autograph Collection is a boutique property that offers an intimate retreat that combines classic Floridian hospitality with spirited sophistication. Nestled along Lake Riahnard in the charming town of Celebration near Orlando, this 115-room, inn-style property offers stunning lake views and is a pillar of the local community. Guests can explore nearby walking and biking trails, quaint shops, and attractions just outside of Walt Disney World as well as exceptional dining at the onsite restaurant – Lakeside Kitchen & Bar – and spacious accommodations that embody a light and breezy ambiance with a touch of charm.
Vision Hospitality Group spearheaded the multimillion-dollar renovation which kicked off in May 2024 and took six months to complete. Design firm Baskervill created the vision for the new design which consists of a soft color palette of alabaster, tan, gray, green, and blue evokes a feeling of serenity and peace and is complemented by cool, earthy accents. Lush greenery, locally inspired finishes, comfortable, modern furniture, beautiful millwork, eclectic artwork, vintage fixtures, and enhanced amenities complete the property transformation.
“Our vision for the project was to reimagine the hotel as the true 'living room' of Celebration—a welcoming retreat that feels like home for locals and visitors alike,” remarked Elaina Lackaye, Design Director at Baskervill. “Situated on the edge of Lake Rianhard with the Everglades just beyond, we drew inspiration from the location’s rich character. Warm, natural materials and a palette pulled straight from the landscape help blur the line between inside and out, making the hotel feel like it’s always been part of its surroundings. The lobby’s library wall is a perfect reflection of this community-centric ethos. It’s a thoughtful, interactive element that invites guests to browse, borrow, and even leave behind a story of their own.”
Completed improvements include:
Transformation of all 115 guest rooms – which include 23 suites – with 65 rooms offering lake views.
Redesigned lobby and entry in the style of a welcoming living room with lake views.
New and improved full-service, farm-to-table restaurant called Lakeside Kitchen & Bar, which will be the only restaurant in Celebration facing the waterfront.
Expanded outdoor lounge and dining areas with a new waterfront patio, ideal for enjoying sunsets.
Doubled the size of the on-property fitness center, relocated to provide lake views, and outfitted with new equipment to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Refreshed areas to gather for a variety of occasions, with combined indoor and outdoor event space totaling approximately 7,500 square feet.
