The Glass Knife, a Winter Park dessert favorite is baking plans to open a second location

The Glass Knife, located in the heart of Orlando's Winter Park neighborhood, is a haven for those in search of both sweet and savory.

Located in Winter Park, The Glass Knife specializes in treats that look as pretty as a picture, and taste even better. From beautifully trimmed cakes to gourmet pastries, they have something for everyone, and now the popular bakery is planning to open a second location.

The new space will be located at 212 N. Park Ave, taking over the building that was home to Financier Bistro & Bar

No specific timeline is known ass this time, but it is expected to open in Spring 2025, so for now you will just have to visit the Winter Park location at 276 S Orlando Ave, for delicious chef-made cakes, donuts, and bakery desserts!

The Glass Knife in Winter Park, is an upscale patisserie that first opened in 2017, abd is a popular and busy spot for friends and family to meet.

Start the day with scratch-made, small batch donuts, an avocado and egg toast, or a cheddar biscuit sandwich. The Glass Knife also brings its Guests’ an exclusive brewing partnership with Onyx Coffee Lab, a celebrated, one-of-a-kind coffee roaster.

Lunch standouts include the turkey bacon club and the berry bacon spinach salad. In the evening, enjoy Southern red velvet or carrot cake, and European-style pastries along with a selection of fine wines, craft beers and champagne.
