The Florida State Fair returns with Huge Midway, Live Entertainment, Crazy Fair Food and much more!

The Florida State Fair returns this month featuring free entertainment, agriculture exhibits, competitive exhibits, historical village, crafts, food, and one of the largest midways in the United States!

The 2024 Florida State Fair returns from February 8 through 19, and boasts the largest Midway in the USA, together with a robust agricultural program, live entertainment, a circus, interactive animal exhibits and so much more!

The annual event will see hundreds of thousands of visitors make the journey to the Florida State Fairgrounds for the 2024 Florida State Fair, an event with something for all ages.

This year, visitors can expect new events and attractions including a silent disco, fireworks on select nights, and an exclusive performance by Tigirlily Gold. Plus, returning favorites including the livestock barns, racing pigs and the time-honored Chowdown Championships, a competitive eating series return for 2024.

OPENING WEEKEND CHALK DEMONSTRATIONS

Immerse yourself into the enchanting world of chalk art as the skilled hands of 5 artists bring the pavement to life in a mesmerizing demonstration. The artists, armed with vibrant hues of chalk, transform the dull asphalt canvas into breathtaking masterpieces that captivate onlookers.

YOU ARE HERE: AN EXHIBITION OF THE FLORIDA WILDLIFE CORRIDOR

"You Are Here" showcases iconic landscapes of the Corridor, from the Everglades up through working lands, wildlife underpasses, and into Florida’s gorgeous springs and forests. Visitors will experience stunning landscape and wildlife photography under the categories: wetlands, working lands, wildlife crossings, and waterways. The exhibit features photography from the renowned Carlton Ward Jr., as well as seven other Florida conservation photographers.

AG-VENTURE

Ag-Venture is a hands-on learning experience designed to teach about the importance of where their food comes from. Learn just how large of an impact agriculture has in our everyday lives!

AGRICULTURE HALL OF FAME

The Florida Ag Hall of Fame is a hands-on showcase of Florida’s wide variety of agricultural products. Learn about Florida’s citrus, bees, poultry, insects and more.

CATTLE RANCHING MUSEUM

Experience 500 years of unique ranching traditions through personal stories, photographs, art and authentic artifacts in this exhibit presented by the Florida Cattlemen’s Foundation.

CRACKER COUNTRY

Immerse yourself in the life of a 19th century Florida pioneer. Visit authentic buildings and learn about home life, trade, commerce and transportation as it was in rural Florida.

CREATIVE LIVING COMPETITIONS

Stroll through Florida Center to view works of art created and submitted to the Creative Living Competitions by talented individuals from all across the state of Florida!

Whether you’re looking for adrenaline-charged thrill, a kid-friendly twirl, or a romantic rendezvous, the Florida State Fair’s ride midway, the largest in the U.S.A, is sure to please.

If inside-out, upside down foolishness is your cup of crazy, The Street Fighter 360, which is stomach- churning just to look at, will do the trick with its gravity-defying adventure ride; as will the Super Cyclone Coaster and Air Raid.

Kids will be smiling with a trip on the colorful Groovy Bus, gentle Happy Swing, tyke-size Monster Trucks or the temperate Dragon Fly Coaster.

Make sure to go for a spin on the glorious Midway Sky Eye, North America's tallest traveling Ferris wheel; take a spooky journey into the dark in the Haunted Mansion, and climb aboard the Sky Ride, which provides a dreamy chairlift style tour above the glittering lights and action of the fair.

General admission and ride bands are available in advance for a discounted rate online.

The advance cost for an admissions ticket is $7 for children, $9 for seniors and $11 for adults. Plus, as always parking is free!
