INK! is a rotating exhibition of the Contemporary American Graphics Collection featuring limited edition lithographs, etchings, etc at Orlando Museum of Art.



February 1 - September 3

Leu Gardens invite you to experience an extraordinary exhibit like no other, connecting the world of nature and art. Origami is the Japanese word for  “folding paper,” making something out of nothing, taking a square piece of paper and folding it to create a beautiful object. ORIGAMI IN THE GARDEN takes the folded object and transforms it into colossal metal sculpture that evokes wonder and imagination. Over 20 pieces from the original folds to art pieces will sure to captivate all ages. Included with garden admission.

This exhibition at the Mennello Museum examines the rich and vibrant legacy of Central Florida’s arts and higher education through contemplating the work of three foundational figures – artists who have had a profound impact on the Central Florida art scene and have inspired generations of students. Through their extraordinary practices and decades of teaching, Mernet Larsen, Steve Lotz, and Bruce Marsh depict natural worlds both organically and geometrically, which implore viewers to analyze how they view the world through lenses of abstraction, symbolism, and perception.

January 25 - May 15

Dr. James Cottrell, an esteemed anesthesiologist and professor, and Joseph Lovett, an award-winning documentary filmmaker, have been collecting art for over forty years. Today, their collection numbers more than 500 works encompassing a wide array of paintings, prints, photography, and sculpture that comprise a broad of spectrum of styles, including abstraction, representation and conceptual art. On the occasion of the recent gift of 314 artworks from Dr Cottrell and Mr. Lovett’s Collection, Orlando Museum of Art will be presenting a small-scale exhibition of works by Edouard Prulhière. This exhibition will be concurrent to a major exhibition in January featuring the majority of gifts received from the Cottrell-Lovett Collection.

Spring Bloom is the most colorful time of the year as thousands of azaleas, camellias, and annuals signal a new season. The festival celebrates the majesty of Mother Nature from now through April 30. Visitors will experience four months of blooms with a riot of camellias and finishing with a grand finale of azaleas. Each day, enjoy live carillon concerts at 1 pm and 3 pm.


February 1 - April 27

From Pinewood to Pillars traces the evolution of Orange County’s courthouses, from the rustic, log-hewn buildings of Orlando’s pioneer days to the towering, state-of-the-art structure ushering in the new millennium. This pocket exhibit features rarely seen artifacts from the collections of the Orange County Regional History Center, showcasing the halls of justice that shaped not only Orlando’s skyline but also its history.


January 31 – March 30

The City of Orlando invites local visual artists to display their artwork to celebrate Black History Month in the Terrace Gallery at Orlando City Hall from January 31 – March 30, 2025. Art is an intrinsic part of Black heritage and culture, and the city is offering an opportunity for artists to showcase the diverse richness of African American history and heritage through the visual arts.

The 2025 Black History Month theme, “African Americans and Labor”, focuses on the various and profound ways that work and working of all kinds – free and unfree, skilled, and unskilled, professional, vocational and voluntary – intersect with the collective experiences of Black people.



February 1 - March 30

The fun and excitement of the Big Easy makes its way to Universal Orlando for an authentic celebration that completely transforms Universal Studios Florida into a family-friendly version of the famed New Orleans street party. The parkwide Mardi Gras celebrations transform Universal Studios Florida into Florida’s biggest party, complete with the return of the parade, the beads, the tribute store, the food, and the big name concerts, and an iconic Tribute Store.

This exhibition explores the journey of African American artists such as Wonda Granville from the Central Florida community and how their works serve as a testament in preserving time. Now in its third year at Winter Garden City Hall, this exhibition explores the journey of African American artists from the Central Florida community and how their works serve as a testament in preserving time. This exhibition series preserves a small portion of the continuous American struggle, which is an African American struggle that needs to be told so that the importance can be felt year-round.



February 1 - 28

Celebrate Soulfully with vibrant music, delicious food and incredible attractions at Walt Disney World Resort, including special offerings at Disney Springs. Feast on Black Panther Petit Cake at Amorette's Patisserie, Soulful Pralines at The Ganachery and Pork Belly Diri Kolepwana from MICHELIN Recommended The Polite Pig. The Winter Park Library will host a variety of events honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. throughout Black History Month. They include a virtual reality tour through key locations in King’s life, an inspirational lecture inspired by MLK’s teachings and social justice work, a screening of the 1998 animated film Our Friend Martin, and A Feast for King featuring favorite flavors and stories from Dr. King’s life. Then, join The Harlem Renaissance: A Celebration of Black Culture. This immersive and multisensory experience will blend art, music, literature and fashion in a tribute to this historic cultural explosion of African American creativity.

Imogen Says Nothing is a contemporary comedy featuring Imogen, a character who only appears in the First Folio of William Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, speaks no lines, and is probably a typo. Aditi Kapil’s bold and irreverent comedy tells the tale of an unforgettable woman in Elizabethan England who seizes the chance to break boundaries by participating in a performance traditionally reserved solely for men. As she takes the stage, the lines between identity and reality blur, especially since Imogen is also a bear. Out of Order | Let Down is a two-person exhibition by Kristen Letts Kovak and Grace Mikell Ramsey. This exhibition explores complex visual language of abstraction, naturalism and fantasy to engage in dialogue on the nuances of female perseverance. Through visual storytelling, the two artists reflect and represent ongoing issues of female bodies, gender roles, societal expectations and biases. The intuitive and formal experimentations engage visceral emotions and encourage active consideration and questioning of expectations and consequences for women through our lived experiences.


September 21 - February 6

Torn Apart: Punk + New Wave Graphics, Fashion and Culture, 1976-86 brings together for the first time Andrew Krivine’s extensive collection of punk graphics and ephemera, Malcolm Garrett, MBE’s collection of Vivienne Westwood garments, and Sheila Rock’s photography. Jason Wade is the lead singer and songwriter of the band Lifehouse and has been making albums and touring with the band for almost 20 years. Currently, the band is on hiatus while Jason works on his third solo record ‘A Likely Story.’  Additionally, he is a member of the band ØZWALD, along with his Lifehouse bandmate Steve Stout.
