The Gardens Theater presents All Shook Up. It’s 1955, and into a square little town in a square little state rides a guitar-playing young man who shakes up everything and everyone he meets. When the audience arrives at Timucua, they will see 20 objects on stage, one representing each of the 20 short plays. Once the 60 minute timer starts, the host tells the audience members to shout out which object they want first, the host chooses that object and the corresponding play is performed. Once it’s over, the host screams “NEXT” and the audience shouts out for the next object. This goes until all 20 plays are performed or the 60 minute timer runs out. No matter what happens, it’s a thrilling night of constant change.
