Celebrations for the 32nd anniversary of the Lunar New Year Festival will take place on Saturday, January 27 and Sunday, January 28, 2024 at the Central Florida Fairgrounds.
Visitors to the TET Festival this year can look forward to traditional Dragon and Lion dances, live cultural performance throughout the festival, a massive food court with authentic Vietmanese food to savour, kids entertainment, fireworks, and more.
As the Lunar New Year approaches, the Parish of Saint Philip Phan Van Minh Catholic Church is gearing up for the much-anticipated Year of the Dragon celebration in Orlando on Saturday, January 27 10 am - 12.30 am, and Sunday 28, 10 am - 5 pm.
Taking place at the Central Florida Fairgrounds, the free TED Festival is a major celebration of Vietnamese culture, with thousands in attendance each year, the free festival provides a great opportunity for families to come together and celebrate their cultural heritage.
The TET Festival organized by the Parish of Philliphe Phan Van Minh, is the largest Vietnamese Festival in Central Florida, and is free to enter, with everyone welcome.
The event promotes the customs and traditional dishes of the Vietnamese people. You will have a chance to taste many special dishes from all regions of Viet Nam (North, Central, and South). If you love soup-based dishes, they have Pho and Bun Bo Hue.
They will also have Banh Cuon (Steamed Rice Crepe), Grilled Meat, Vietnamese Eggrolls, Vietnamese Sweets, and Boba. These dishes will not only feast your eyes but also fill your tummies. Besides the food adventure, you will get to enjoy our special performances including singing, contemporary dances, and musical plays.
