Taking place this weekend in Eatonville, the 2023 ZORA Festival of the Arts is honouring author Zora Neale Hurston with exhibitions, a marketplace and education programs.
The Zora! Festival is taking place this weekend, Saturday, January 28, and Sunday, January 29.
The festival is in its 34th year, educating residents and visitors on Hurston’s life and legacy, and features a trade expo and marketplace, international food offerings, a fine art walk and more.

The festival located near the intersection of West Kennedy Boulevard and Lake Destiny Road is the longest running arts and humanities festival celebrating the cultural contributions people of African ancestry have made to the world.
Tomorrow, Saturday, January 28, is Family Day, featuring musical headliner George Clinton & The Parliament Funkadelic on the main stage.
Sunday, January 29, is a Day of Reflection, with jazz artist Kim Waters and trumpeter Tom Browne set to perform.
