Target is finally on its way to Lake Nona, becoming the first retail tenant in Lake Nona West

Retail giant Target is making its way soon to Lake Nona, coming to Lake Nona West.

Tavistock, the company behind the entire Lake nona development, has announces the first anchor retail tenant coming to the new Lake Nona West.

The near 150,000-square-foot space will be occupied by retail giant Target, a store that has been eagerly awaited in the Lake Nona area by residents for several months.

Lake Nona West, a 405,000-square-foot lifestyle shopping center will be situated along Lake Nona Boulevard just east of the Boggy Creek Road intersection.

It will feature both large and junior anchor stores, while at its center, a “mini-town” of shops, restaurants and services with the aim of fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Tavistock say that they are in advanced discussions with a variety of tenants for Lake Nona West, aiming to feature a mix of renowned national brands alongside best-in-class local shops, restaurants and service operators.
