Longtime I-Drive dinner show, Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show could be moving soon, as the building that is their home is on the market, with a new hotel possible.

Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show has been a fixture in Orlando for many years, with 2025 their 34th year in the City Beautiful.
Sleuths first opened its doors on Republic Drive back on August 3, 1990, before relocating to it's current home on International Drive, in the early 2000's, where they are now the the longest-running dinner show on I-Drive.
Guests watch a live show while they enjoy dinner, gathering clues, unravelling secrets, and putting their detective skills to the test as they try to figure out “who done it.”
Each show offers improvisation and audience participation while you mingle with outrageous characters, interrogate the suspects and help us Solve the Crime! Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows currently has 13 different mysteries that alternate throughout the week, with shows presented in one of three theatres within the building.
Sleuths is located at 8267 International Dr, right next door to ICON Park, and close to the new Universal Epic Universe which is set to open this May, and its being so close to the new theme park that has put the future of the dinner show into question.
The building where Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show is located on International Drive is currently for sale, with the listing on LoopNet highlighting the theaters potential for hotel redevelopment near Epic Universe.
Sleuths is located in a 24,000 +/- building on 5.37 acres of land, which is offered at $11,900,000, with the building and land situated within the developer-friendly Planned Development (P-D) zoning framework of Orange County, with the site retaining entitlements for up to 275 hotel rooms.

The listing on LoopNet describes the building and its surrounding land as boasting a prime location in one of Orlando's most dynamic and high-traffic areas. Just minutes from the highly anticipated Universal Epic Universe and the expansive Orange County Convention Center, with the site perfectly positioned to attract a steady stream of visitors and business travelers.
Interested parties should contact RE/MAX 200 Realty for more information.
With the property for sale, it is not known what the plans are for Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show, but right now the show goes on at it's current location, for more info: https://www.sleuths.com.
