Shake thing's up this June with at The Edison Mixology Sunset Dinner Series with two dates to choose from,
Join The Edison at Disney Springs as you sip and savor the taste of summer during the latest installments of the popular Mixology Sunset Dinner Series, hosted by mixologist Talon Steinhauer in partnership with guest Chef Ben Dodaro.
Enjoy an elevated three-course menu and craft cocktail pairings as sunset paints the skies over Disney Springs on June 15 or June 22.
This month's menu will offer hints of citrus, ginger, and smoke in carefully curated pairings bring out the floral, grassy, and woody flavors of sweet summertime.
This intimate experience offers two seatings to choose from, either a non-smoking dinner in The Edison’s swanky Gothic dining room at 5:30 pm for $75++ per person, or a cigar-pairing dinner at 8 pm on The Edison’s Lake Side Patio for $95++ per person.
Guests can also enhance their experience with a specialty beverage upgrade, including a glass of D’USSÉ XO cognac, delivering ripe blackberry and apricot flavor notes layered with hints of rich dark chocolate and walnut for an exceptionally balanced finish to the evening, at an additional cost $25 per person.
