That blowhard Bluto has made off with Popeye's best gal, Olive Oyl, and the only way to save her involves a watery adventure through raging rapids- only not for awhile, it's closing for refurb!

No more getting really wet and squooshy on Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges in Toon Lagoon for awhile.

Universal Orlando Resort have announced that the water ride will be closing for a multi week refurbishment from February 13 to March 10, 2023.
