Platinum-selling rockers Big Head Todd announce massive 40th Anniversary Tour including stop in Orlando

The platinum-selling Colorado quartet Big Head Todd are hitting the road to celebrate 40 years of music and friendship.

Platinum-selling rockers Big Head Todd and the Monsters released their 12th studio album, Her Way Out, on May 3 on their own Big Records label. The band's first new album in seven years.

To promote the new music, the band have spent the summer on the road with longtime friends Blues Traveler on a joint-headlining tour of 16 cities, with fans enjoying music from their vast catalog of songs, now spanning over three decades.

Now the band have announced a huge 40th Anniversary Tour, which will stop in Orlando on Saturday, March 29, 2025, with the band taking to the stage at House of Blues Orlando.

Big Head Todd and the Mosnters officially formed in 1986, including frontman Todd Park Mohr (vocals, guitar, keys, sax, harmonica), Brian Nevin (drums), Rob Squires (bass, vocals) and Jeremy Lawton (keyboards, lap and pedal steel guitar, vocals).

While bandmates sometimes come and go, this band is unique – Mohr, Nevin and Squires have been playing together since high school!

The band plays a fusion of blues and rock, lighting up the stage with hits from their albums “Sister Sweetly” and “Beautiful World.” Many of the songs are written by Mohr. Big Head Todd has collaborated with blues legends, including Robert Johnson, Willie Dixon, Hubert Sumlin, Charlie Musselwhite, B.B. King and more.

For four decades, Big Head Todd and the Monsters have continued to both throw down in the studio and light up stages worldwide. Rallying around a core vision, kicking out the kind of blues-drenched rock ‘n’ roll bangers that make you want to rev the engine a little louder, sing along like no one’s looking, and live a little freer.
