Captain Sebastian has spent his days on the high seas searching for treasure. One day while on one of his adventures, he stumbled upon our haunted aquarium and discovered the true treasure of the sea - the incredible creatures who call it home!
Shiver me timbers! This October, prepare for a swashbuckling Halloween experience like no other as the all new “Pirates of the Haunted Seas” event invades SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium.
Running from October 4 through November 1, this spine-chilling event promises a treasure trove of thrills for the entire family.
Families with young buccaneers are invited to embark on a thrilling adventure of scales and scares throughout the aquarium, featuring meet-and-greets with Pirate Captain Sebastian, trick-or-treating opportunities, and educational stations that offer a glimpse into pirate lore and nautical history. Guests can also enjoy festive decorations that set the scene for an eerie, unforgettable experience.
Throughout weekdays, watch as aquarists dive underwater in the Indian Ocean Exhibit to carve up some pumpkins adding to the Halloween fun.
A highlight of “Pirates of the Haunted Seas” is the exclusive opportunity to meet Captain Sebastian. Rumor has it that the Captain was deep in search of hidden pirate loot when he stumbled upon this haunted aquatic haven.
Follow the Candy Current to visit the education stations located throughout the aquarium and learn FIN facts about the sea creatures to collect your candy!
Each weekend,Fridays through Sundays,Captain Sebastian will captivate guests with his tale of discovering the eerie allure of SEA LIFE Orlando’s haunted waters, and how he decided to drop anchor to meet brave souls willing to join his crew.
Families can keep the adventure going just around the corner from ICON Park in Orlando, by setting sail with the legendary pirate captain at Pirate's Dinner Adventure where he’s been living the pirate lifestyle for more than 30 years.
