A new meat market steakhouse in Orlando will feature wagyu, regarded as the finest meat in the world.
With a genuine passion for Wagu, Palm Beach Meats is sharpening its knives for a move to SoDo this September.
Palm Beach Meats is a family business, with owners - husband and wife team, Eric and Meghan San Pedro moving to Orlando with their son to oversee the new bricks and mortar location in the former Hungry Pants location at 3421 S. Orange Ave.
Eric and Meghan say that Palm Beach Meats Orlando will sell the finest cuts of prestigious Japanese wagyu, including Kobe, Matsusaka, Ōmi, Takamori, Nagasaki, Shinshu, Shimane, and Bushu. Plus, they will also offer premium options including Miyazaki, Kagoshima, and Hokkaido.
The couple will offer a selection of Australian and U.S. burgers, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, hot dogs, burritos and of course steak.
Palm Beach Meats Orlando will be one of the few places in the state licensed to sell Kobe beef, and the only establishment in the U.S. permitted to sell it in a retail, wholesale, and restaurant setting.
This distinction will makes Palm Beach Meats Orlando the first and only location in the city certified by Japan’s Kobe Beef Marketing & Distribution Promotion Association.
