Dill Dinkers, a fast-growing dedicated indoor pickleball club franchise, has quickly risen to prominence for its fun, friendly and welcoming environment where players of all ages and skill levels can play, socialize and improve their skills.
The company has announced its18th regional development deal with business partners who have committed to the growth of at least 10 locations throughout North Orlando and Seminole County. Justin White and Brien Vega first crossed paths while working in management positions at Planet Fitness. Both coming from a military and leadership background with a passion for health and wellness, the duo decided to join forces to spearhead the upcoming Dill Dinkers development.
Vega joins the team with extensive regional management experience, overseeing more than 100 Planet Fitness franchise locations and serving as a Business Development Representative at Salesforce. His expertise, paired with White’s time within the police academy and as a club manager at Planet Fitness, equips the business partners with the balanced professional foundation to successfully lead Dill Dinkers’ growth across Seminole County.
“Pickleball has grown so rapidly, and everyone wants in on the game. Justin and I knew we wanted to invest in a space where everyone feels valued the moment they walk in,” said Vega. “We were drawn to Dill Dinkers because they are true to people. They put their team members and the community first, making pickleball club members feel like a family. The market needs an inclusive environment where players of all ages and skill levels can come together and enjoy the sport. We’re eager to bring dedicated indoor spaces to Orlando and fulfill that growing demand.”
White and Vega’s collective expertise uniquely positions them to drive Dill Dinkers' mission forward, providing a premier indoor pickleball experience while positively impacting their local community. As regional developers spearheading the brand’s growth in Orlando, the group is seeking local franchise owner candidates for each pickleball club. Ideal franchisees will be passionate about their community, Dill Dinkers’ vision and the opportunity to offer a premier indoor pickleball experience.

The company has five company-owned locations in Maryland and Virginia, and since the launch of its nationwide franchise program last September, it has signed developers in Texas, Washington D.C., North Carolina, Connecticut, South Carolina, Arizona, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Georgia, Florida and Pennsylvania for 375+ committed locations. By year-end, Dill Dinkers expects to have at least 30 opened locations and more than 500 in the development pipeline.
