Orlando Science Center Offers Camp While Schools Are Closed Friday Due To Tropical Storm Nicole

As we await Tropical Storm Nicole's arrival here in Central Florida, and with schools already closed throughout the weekend, you may be thinking how are you going to keep the kids entertained...


Well, the Orlando Science Center has an a great idea, the center has announced that it is offering a day camp for students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade on Friday, November 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.


Orlando Science Center Offers Camp While Schools Are Closed Friday Due To Tropical Storm Nicole

The Orlando Science Center say children will participate in hands-on STEM activities and explore exhibits under guided supervision.


Preregistration is encouraged but not required, and walk-ins are welcome that morning.

The cost of the camp is $110 per child for non-members and $100 per child for members. Early and late care is also available as early as 7:30 a.m. and as late as 6 p.m. for $17.
