Orlando is losing yet another popular brew pup and restaurant, but not because of a lack of business.

Orlando's Bloodhound Brew Pub and Eatery to close at the end of July after almost 8 years in business

The family owned and operated Bloodhound Brew Pub and Eatery has announced that they are set to close the doors on the business after almost eight years, with the owners Jay Dudhiya and Gavin Patel announcing the sad news in a statement to customers.

Located at 5801 Conroy Road, the popular pub and restaurant has been in business since 2016.

Jay and Gavin revealed that they are closing, not because of a lack of customers, or any financial troubles, but because the building's landlord has sold the building, and they personally accepted an offer to buy them out of their lease.

"We are immensely proud of what we have achieved over the past 8 years. We have doubled our sales and completely changed the reputation of the business from what was left to us by the previous owners," Jay and Gavin commented. "We are most proud to have, hopefully, fostered a warm and welcoming place for our staff, in what can be a brutal industry."

Customers can take advantage of a happy hour from 4 pm to 8 pm, Monday through Friday and brunch on Saturday from noon to 4 pm.

Gavin and Jay are hoping customers will pop in and thank staff for their service over the years, and raise a glass of one of their 30 craft beers on tap, one last time!

Entertainment will continue, including live music, until the end of July.
