Orlando International International Airport are unable to reveal a timeframe for when the airport will return to normal operations due to the extent of Hurricane Ian.
The airport say all commercial flight operations remained ceased at this time.
Earlier today MCO shared an update on the airports status following last nights arrival of Hurricane Ian. At the time they expected to resume operations sometime Friday, pending damage assessment.
The airport also revealed that all roads leading into the airport were closed due to flooding, with roads involved including all major and secondary arteries including Jeff Fuqua Blvd and Heintzelman Blvd, and Bear Rd and Cargo Rd.
