Chase Padgett plays six different guitar playing characters, each with their own style of music. As the show unfolds, audiences are treated to great songs from each genre that showcases breathtaking musicianship.

Internationally-acclaimed guitarist, singer and comedian Chase Padgett presents his thrilling one-man show,6 Guitars, which follows the stories of six different players, each specializing in a distinct musical genre.

As Chase seamlessly switches between each character, he showcases his virtuosic talents for blues, jazz, rock, classical, folk and country, while delving into the unique characteristics and histories of each.

The show premiered at the Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival in 2010, where it enjoyed a sold-out run and several holdover performances. It has since toured all over North America and Europe.

Chase will take to the stage at the Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater in Dr Phillips Center for a three night run, from FridayJanuary 24 - Sunday, January 26, 2025.

Tickets are $40 each, and available via the Dr Phillips Center website, on in person at the box office.

Chase Padgett is an actor, singer, guitarist and improviser. As a Florida native, he studied music at the University of Central Florida while learning improv at the SAK Comedy Lab, the same theater that gave Wayne Brady his start.

After working for Disney and Universal in various comedic actor roles, he premiered his first solo show 6 Guitars in 2010 and quickly began performing to sold out houses and rave reviews across North America.

Chase's penchant for musical improv flavors all of his performances and has led to working with stars from the hit comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway, as well as working as a guest entertainer for Disney Cruise Line.

He recently moved back to Central Florida after being away for nearly a decade. He loves his friends, family and (too many) guitars!
