The growing North Carolina-based breakfast, brunch, and lunch chain Famous Toastery has set its sights on taking a bite out of the Central Florida breakfast market, with big plans to open multiple restaurants over the coming years.
Top of the list for potential new locations is Winter Park, Lake Buena Vista, Hunters Creek, and in the area around Orlando International Airport.
The ambitious plans would see upwards of 25 Famous Toastery restaurants opening in Central Floria alone by the end of 2024, with further ambitions for up to 80 locations across Florida over the decade, including Jacksonville, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm, Tampa, and Sarasota.
Famous Toastery is best known for serving breakfast and lunch from early morning into the afternoon, offering classic diner items such as eggs, omelets, flapjacks, french toast, waffles, benedicts, burritos, quesadillas, huevos rancheros, breakfast pizza, biscuits and gravy, and more!

In 2005, they opened their first Toastery in Huntersville, NC with three more to follow. By 2013, they turned their big idea into a thriving franchise system.
Today, nearly 30 Famous Toasteries have popped up along the East Coast with more on the way, and that's why they are actively seeking franchisees here in Florida to help realise the companies goals for the state.
Requirements for franchisees include $250,000 liquidity for one unit, a $45,000 franchise fee and a minimum net worth of $500,000.
