The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is bringing new retail and dining experiences in Terminals A & B.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is reimaging its concession offerings in a new Concession Master Plan. The plan was created to provide new retail and dining experiences in Terminals A & B, expand seating, and highlight the offerings of Central Florida.

Phase 1 includes more than 40 retail and restaurant options for MCO visitors to shop, sip, and dine before their flights. In addition to nationally recognized restaurants and retailers, MCO visitors will be able to enjoy the best dishes from landmark Central Florida restaurants.



Phase 1 restaurants include:

  • Stasio’s

  • Smoke & Donuts

  • Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream

  • SoDough Detroit Pizza

  • Milkhouse

  • Jam-Eng

  • 4Rivers

  • The House on Lang

By mid-2025, work will begin on Phase 1 (of 3) of the Concession Master Plan. More than 77,000 square feet of space in Terminals A & B landside and airside areas will undergo significant transformations.

GOAA is taking a holistic approach to curate a program that includes a wide variety of shopping and dining experiences. Healthier food options will be offered, as well as a selection of local, regional, and national brands, offering a curated dining experience that uniquely reflects the Orlando area.

BACKGROUND:

The new Concession Master Plan fulfills both the Strategic Mission to “seamlessly connect Florida and the world through exceptional experiences, collaboration, and creativity” and the Connection Strategic Priority, in particular, the goal to “Become the world’s hub for the integration of transportation, commerce, and entertainment. The plan encourages small business participation, fostering economic prosperity in the region.


Phase 1: Design work will begin in early 2025, with renovations beginning by midyear


Phase 2: The Procurement Committee anticipates presenting recommendations to the GOAA Board by Summer 2025


Phase 3: The Procurement Committee anticipates presenting recommendations to the GOAA Board by late 2025.
