Walt Disney World has introduced a major change to Genie+, with new park-specific pricing, or a multi-park option for the skip-the-line service now in operation.
Beginning today, June 27, guests visiting Walt Disney World who wish to use the Genie+ skip the line service will now purchase Disney Genie+ based on which theme parks within the resort they want to visit.
Guests can now select either a single-park option or a multiple-parks option, with prices varying by park and date.
The multi-park option is the most expensive, and will operate the same way as the existing Disney Genie+ option.
For the single park Genie+ option, Disney's Animal Kingdom and EPCOT is priced lower than Disney's Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom.
The Multi Parks option is essentially what has been in place since the Genie+ system was introduced, and will be the best and only option for guests who have Park Hopper tickets or Annual Passes.
If you plan on visiting only one park on any specific day, then an individual park Genie+ option will better suit your needs.

Disney Genie+ is an add on option within the Disney Genie service that replaced the former FastPass line which is available at select attractions, now called Lightning Lane.
Certain headline attractions throughout the theme parks are not part of Genie+, and Lightning Lane access at those attractions requires an Individual Attraction purchase which also varies in price.
