Michelin Chef Michael Collantes has soft opened Bar Kada, a brand new intimate 30-seat sake lounge which you will discover through the lobby of Collante's Soseki Modern Omakase, located on W Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park.
Chef Michael Collantes has cultivated a space where guests can unwind in a casual yet refined ambiance, the culmination of Collantes passion for sake and culinary exploration.
For the past few years, Soseki has hosting sake classes at Soseki, and having witnessed a growing interest in delving deeper into the world of sake. Collantes has created Bar Kada.
In crafting the menu, Chef de Cuisine Mike Vang under the guidance of Chef Michael Collantes has embraced an international perspective, drawing inspiration from diverse culinary traditions while showcasing the bountiful locally produced produce of our hometown, Orlando.
You can expect an a-la-carte menu of seasonal small plates, while the sake program is curated by Florida's MICHELIN Guide Sommelier 2023, Benjamin Coutts.
For the duration of the soft opening, Bar Kada is open Wednesday through Saturday, from 5pm to 10pm.
