Miami based Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza, is opening its third are location at 10 Alexandria Blvd, Suite #5 Oviedo, which joins local locations at 7541 West Sand Lake Road, Suite D, Orlando, and 1210 S International Pkwy, Suite #108, Heathrow.
Mister O1 is described as "a modern, conceptual and trendy pizzeria." Created by Chef Renato Viola, one of Italy’s best Master Pizza Chefs in the world. Renato is dedicated to serving the very best to all guests, using the best quality ingredients. "Our 72 hour dough is second to none."
Oviedo residents can soon look forward to an extraordinary menu, rom the thin-crust, 13-inch pizzas available plain or with toppings and the smaller 8-inch pies, to "Extraordinary" signatures like the Star Luca made distinct by its shape (the edges of the crust are folded to form a series of points), topped with tomato, mozzarella and salami, it reflects the chains passion for pizza dough, made from imported Italian flour and slow-proofed for 72 hours.
More than a decade ago, Mister 01 opened its first location in South Beach, Miami, since then the chain has grown to more than two dozen locations across Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
Mister 01 was brought to life by chef Renato Viola, who believes extraordinary pizza requires the utmost attention to detail and the finest ingredients to produce a masterpiece.
Viola who is originally from Southern Italy, came to settle in Miami Beach, entering the U.S. on a special 01 visa, which is reserved for those with internationally acclaimed “Extraordinary Artistic Ability.”
He called his first pizzeria Visa O1, but Visa, the credit card company had a problem with the name, and so he changed the name to Mister O1. Hence, the name Mister 01 was born!
