Mickey and Minnie enter The Grid - Check out their Light Up TRON Inspired Costumes

Start transmission!

Ahead of Tron Lightcycke Run opening on April 4, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse have entered the grid.

Yesterday, Walt Disney World hosted a media event to publicize TRON Lightcycle Run at Magic Kingdom where Mickey and Minnie were introduced in futuristic light up TRON inspired costumes.

Mickey's costume is a black jacket and black pants, both with blue circuits symbolizing neutrality in the world of The Grid.

Minnie's costume has a skirt with lines and circles inspired by Quorra from TRON Legacy, together with a bow with blue light-up circuits.

The couple happily posed for photographs in their new costumes in front of TRON Lightcycle Run, and also took part in the dedication ceremony for the new attraction.

It really would be fun for everyone to meet TRON Mickey and Minnie, but Disney have not stated whether the pair will be available for meet and greets, or whether this is only for the media events.
