Miami-based Rosetta Bakery opening Italian Bakery within The Mall at Millenia

The Miami Beach-born Rosetta Bakery is set to open its first Central Florida location within Orlando's The Mall at Millenia.

The new franchised location will join multiple locations in Miami, one location each in New Jersey, and New York, plus another opening soon in Atlanta.

Rosetta Bakery will be located within the Orangeries Café, and will feature a “live menu” made of fresh products constantly baked in the kitchen which has a glass wall that allows people not only to be customers but also the audience of an unexpected show.

The new location does not have an opening date yet, but will open later this year.

Rosetta Bakery first opened in Miami in 2015, named after “The Rosetta,” a specific type of bread pretty well known across different countries and probably the most recognizable bread in Italy.

Highlights of the menu at Rosetta Bakery include a plethora of Italian pastries, including classic croissants, bombolones, biscuits, and saccottino. There’s also gourmet focaccia and pizza topped with mozzarella and fresh vegetables.
