RUMOUR
The rumours on the streets of Universal Studios Florida is that the currently under construction Minion Café will open in late May, followed by the closure of Mel’s Drive-In Diner for a period of refurbishment.
No official dates or timeframe have been announced, although we should expect an announcement soon (supposedly!)
The refurbishment is supposedly not going to change the theming or the overall look of the restaurant, with work concentrating on refreshing the restaurant only.
