Pointe Orlando on International Drive has been named the Official Hula Bowl Fan Fest location for a new event on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m.
The invitation to participate in the Hula Bowl Game is not only a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for athletes to showcase their skills, but it is the most important job interview of their lives.
Scouts from the NFL, CFL, XFL, and USFL teams will be closely watching the athletes’ skills on and off the field. Outstanding performances at the Hula Bowl will enhance the athlete's opportunities for a promising career. The head coaches for the 2024 Hula Bowl are Mike Smith and Brian Billick.
Hula Bowl Fan Fest at Pointe Orlando is free and open to the public for fans of all ages to embrace the Aloha Spirit of Hawaii and enjoy:
Celebrity, NFL coach, and 2024 all-star player appearances and activations
Interactive photo opportunities and experiences
Food & beverage offerings from Pointe Orlando restaurants and bars
Mascot appearance by Koa
Learn a traditional Haka ceremonial dance led by Alema Collins, former Hula Bowl player and WWE fighter
A chance to win access to a Play with the Players private event
A chance to win bowl game admission plus a $500 cash prize

The 78th annual Hula Bowl returns to Orlando as the nation's premier college football all-star game where NFL, XFL, USFL, and CFL teams will be represented by top scout players. 100 of the top senior athletes, from across the United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan, will be selected to play at the Hula Bowl in Orlando on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024, at UCF FBC Mortgage Stadium.
Previous Hula Bowl players include Heisman Trophy winners Ricky Williams, Eric Crouch, Jim Plunkett, Tony Dorsett, Mike Garrett, Johnny Rogers, and Billy Sims. In addition to these stars of the past, the Hula Bowl has also had recent alumni fulfill their dreams of playing at the professional level. Former players include Sean Clifford, Kader Kohou, Alex Ward, and current Super Bowl champion, Isiah “Pop” Pacheco.
