Over a century and a half after Edgar Allan Poe’s death, a cocktail experience brings the most beloved works of Poe to life off the page and onto the stage during an immersive evening of tales mixed with a dash and history and heavy libations.
The Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy is a chilling limited time cocktail experience dedicated to the stories of Edgar Allan Poe.
The event which is coming to Orlando this September will take place inside a dark speakeasy.
During the spine-chillinevening, four of Edgar Allan Poe's most famous stories will be retold and reimagined by the Poe historians, while a macabre lead mixologist will transform each of those stories into a 4-part cocktail experience.
Each cocktail is inspired by one of Poe’s works and previous pop-ups have featured The Raven, The Black Cat, Masque of Red Death, and The Tell-Tale Heart.
Reservations are restricted to a small number of guests for a 90-minute experience, with the experience happening from September 7 - 10, 2023.
The immersive evening will take place at The Mezz in South Eola.
Tickets are $55 each, with organizers commenting that tickets are extremely limited.
Guests must be 21 and up to attend. No late entry is permitted.
