And for October, it’s with a spooky science twist!
Little monsters ages 5 to 12 years old are invited to haunt the exhibit halls, including the museums brand new Fall exhibition Hot Wheels: Race to Win!
From choosing an aerodynamic design to securing the safety of your driver, you and your crew will work together to design, build, test, and play with some of the most iconic and nostalgic racecars on the planet!
With over a dozen interactive exhibit pieces, this behind-the-scenes look at the thrilling world of racing investigates the scientific process for designing super-fast cars and helps those who have the need for speed understand how it’s achieved. Hot Wheels: Race to Win! was created and designed by The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and Mattel and is presented locally by Nemours Children’s Health.
Young attendees will also experience spooky STEM programming, plus enjoy dinner and a film.
The kids get a night of fun and learning at the Science Center while caregivers treat themselves to a stress and child-free evening of their own!
