Central Floridians are invited to experience the best of the best homes and apartment communities throughout greater Orlando during the FREE, self-guided tour, now through Sunday, May 14, 2023.
Whether you’re looking for a new home or apartment, wish to re-imagine your current space, or are searching for a spark of inspiration, the 70th Annual Parade of Homes Orlando is open to everyone interested and enthused by stylish home design.
In partnership with the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO), apartment communities are also included in the Parade, offering an array of amenities and impressive floorplans throughout Central Florida.

The 2023 Showcase Home is located in Dr. Phillips, widely known as “Millionaires Row”, and features the most sought-after homes in Central Florida.
