JINYA Ramen Bar to open new restaurant in Oviedo this fall

JINYA Ramen Bar is expanding its footprint in the Orlando area with the popular Thornton Park ramen restaurant planning to open a new location in Oviedo.

JINYA Ramen Bar, a fast growing restaurant chain, including a busy Orlando location near downtown at 8 N Summerlin Ave in Thornton Park is opening its second Florida location this fall.

The new restaurant will be located near Alafaya Square at 234 E. Mitchell Hammock Rd, just a short 10-minute drive from the University of Central Florida campus,

JINAY offers more than a dozen acclaimed dishes and is known for its slow-cooked approach to ramen, made from broths simmered for 20 hours in-house.

“They say that Orlando is one of the most magical places on earth and we learned that with our first location in the city, so it only made sense to bring another one to the area and Oviedo is the perfect place to do that,” said JINYA Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “We can’t wait to share even more of our food and culture with the community and look forward to having locals join in on the fun.”
