Yet another new dining concept has arrived at the ever growing Flamingo Crossing development in Winter Garden, and it comes from the mastermind behind many successful Walt Disney World restaurants.
A new Italian restaurant brings the best cuisine from Italy’s Amalfi Coast to Flamingo Crossing.
Simply Capri located at 114 Ruby Red Place, Winter Garden, is a brand new concept from Nick Valenti, the mastermind behind many Walt Disney World restaurants including Space 220 at EPCOT, The Edison, Morimoto Asia and Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs.
Valenti is also one of the creative minds that brought you Vivoli Il Gelato in Disney Springs, and in an exciting partnership with the gelato shop, the restaurant is offering desserts from Vivoli Il Gelato including the Coppa Sorrentina: pistachio gelato, pistachio cream, whip cream, toasted pistachios.
Simply Capri’s goal is to whisk patrons to southern Italy, offering a menu of wood-fired pizza, house-made pastas, classic meat and seafood dishes, fresh salads, modern cocktails and beverages, plus the delicious desserts from Vivoli Il Gelato!
As well as the restaurant, Simply Capri features two bars, Negroni Bar, home to the best Negroni in town. Serving a variety of fresh aperitivos, lite bites, lunch and dinner.
Plus, the new restaurant location will include Spritz Bars, an outdoor bar and lounge serving a variety of spritzes and classic Italian cocktails made with seasonal fresh fruits. Also serving lite bites, lunch and dinner.
Simply-Capri is open seven days a week, 12 pm - 10 pm, serving lunch and dinner. Thursday through Sunday, the restaurant is closing at 12 am.
