Oscar Mayer is looking for drivers to relish the chance to be their next “Hotdogger.”
Oscar Mayer is bringing the brand’s iconic 27-foot-long hot dog on wheels to Central Florida!
The instantly recognizable Wienermobile dates back to 1936 and has evolved, grown and been modified over time, and is now one of the most photographed vehicles in the country.
The Wienermobile is on the road every day, crisscrossing the hot dog highways of America, attending hundreds of events every year, including several upcoming events in Central Florida.
You can catch the Wienermobile at the following locations, with driver Coop Dawg and copilot Corndog Kait will be handing out wiener whistles!
Dec. 19:
Walmart located at 550 U.S. 27 in Clermont. 11 am - 5 pm.
Dec. 20:
Walmart located at 1700 South Orange Blossom Tr. in Apopka. 11 am - 5 pm.
Dec. 21:
Walmart located at 11250 East Colonial Drive in Orlando. 11 am - 5 pm.
Dec. 22:
Walmart located at 16313 New Independence Parkway in Winter Garden. 9 am - 12 pm.
Plus, you might even catch the Wienermobile on the road (or stuck on the I-4), during it's time in Central Florida from Dec. 17 - 23.
Oh and if you think you could see yourself driving the Wienermobile, Oscar Myer is looking for someone to relish the opportunity to be their next “Hotdogger.”
The brand is inviting fans through Jan. 31 to apply for a one-year, full-time paid gig behind the wheel of the Wienermobile.
If you want to be the next Hotdogger for the hot dog company, you can apply for the Hotdogger Program, a 12-month assignment that starts and ends in the first week of June.
The Hotdogger Program started in 1988 and was designed to hire and develop top-talent, grow future leaders of the company, and create gamechangers, innovators, and cultural champions.
You should be a customer, consumer, and social media superstar that will drive traffic to stores and events and is a top content contributor in all forms of media.
The Life of a Hotdogger
While no two days are the same in the Hotdogger program, a tour includes:
Representing the Oscar Mayer brand every day you crisscross the hot dog highways of America.
Executing and reporting over 200 events during your one-year tour.
Pitching and appearing on local television, radio, or newspaper media.
Creating social content for multiple Oscar Mayer social platforms including TikTok & Instagram.
Maintaining and driving our 88-year-old icon and piece of American pop culture.
Coordinating all aspects of Wienermobile travel logistics and management of travel expenses.
Hotdoggers will receive a one-of-a-kind role in a full-time, 1-year assignment with a competitive package including a $35,600 base salary, a weekly allowance of $150 ($7,200/yr.) for meals & personal travel, 18 days of paid time off, full health benefits package, and 100% of hotel expenses covered.
