Fantastic news from Walt Disney World, more than two years since its last performance, the iconic, and much loved Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is returning to Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort this summer, and we cannot wait!
The announcement was made on the official Disney Parks TikTok, which included a preview of one of the new backdrops for the show.
Reservations will be available online starting May 26 for showtimes beginning June 23.
The iconic stage show has been a fixture of Walt Disney World since 1974. The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is two hours full of Wild West dancing, singing and zany vaudeville comedy. In between the skits, guests chow down on buckets of all-you-can-eat fried chicken, smoked BBQ pork ribs, tossed green salad, baked beans, fresh-baked cornbread, and strawberry shortcake.
Disney have indicated that some changes will be made as part of the Disney companie’s across-the-board updates to their theme parks to be more culturally sensitive.
