Hamilton, the world-renowned musical is making a welcome return to downtown Orlando's Dr Phillips Center For the Performing Arts this week, where it will take up residency through November 20 with matinee and evening performances six days per week.
Hamilton returns to Dr Phillips Center as part of the 2022-2023 Broadway in Orlando series.
The musical features an incredibly diverse cast, including LGBTQ-identifying, Asian, Black, Hispanic and Spanish-speaking members, with Florida natives Jon Viktor Corpuz (John Laurens/Philip Hamilton) from Tampa and Yesy Garcia (ensemble) from Miami both featured in the touring production.

Hamilton is the story of America then, told by America now. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, R&B and Broadway, Hamilton has taken the story of American founding father Alexander Hamilton and created a revolutionary moment in theater.
This is a musical that has had a profound impact on culture, politics, and education. With book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, Hamilton is based on Ron Chernow’s acclaimed biography.

It has won Tony, Grammy and Olivier Awards, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and an unprecedented special citation from the Kennedy Center Honors.
Tickets are still available, book your tickets now on the Dr Phillips Center website to see this remarkable production this week.
