Get your taste buds ready for the ultimate Cajun showdown! Gumbo Wars is a Cajun-style charity block party being held for the first time in Downtown Sanford at West End Trading Co.
2024 will be the 16th year for this popular event, and takes place on Saturday, October 12, 2024.
The event is FREE to attend and tasting tickets are $20 presale or $30 at the gate—includes ALL the gumbo you can taste and a voting ticket to choose your fave!
Gates open at noon, gumbo tasting from 1 - 4 pm, with the award presentation after!
Tickets must be purchased for tasting entry, either in advance or at the gate. $20 per person presale or $30 on the day of the event gets you entry to the event, all the gumbo you care to taste, and a voting ticket for your favorite gumbo!
