Grab your crew and dress to impress, The Annual Halloween Costume Contest is back at Wekiva Island

Looking to win big this Halloween? Wekiva Island is the place to be!

With darkness settled over the island, Spanish moss swaying in the breeze and moonlight shining over the silent river, Wekiva Island is the perfect backdrop for a spooky gathering!

Wekiva Island will once again host its Halloween Party & Costume Contest from 7 to 11pm on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024.

Attendees will have the chance to win more than $2,500 in cash and prizes. The contest is for those 21+.

In addition to the chance to win, guests can enjoy plenty of spooky riverside vibes, drink specials and live music from Jeff Howell.

Each year, the costume contest draws incredible entries because of the great prizes.

They include:

Wekiva’s Wickedest: $500 cash and a $500

Wekiva Island gift card1st: $300 cash and a $200 Wekiva Island gift card

2nd: $250 cash and a $100 Wekiva Island gift card

3rd: $150 cash and a $50 Wekiva Island gift card

Best group: Beach Club Rental and a Cabana Feast for up to 20 guests

The contest is only open to those 21+. Admission is free.
