From the fantastical world of Gideon's Bakehouse comes the devoted coupling of Stuart Valencia & Bonnie Brae.
Gideon's Bakehouse located at the East End Market and Disney Springs is launching a brand new food truck, based on two of the much loved bakeries characters, "Stuart and Bonnie."
The menu however will differ from Gideon's core offering of monthly cookie releases, and cake slices.
Join Stuart & Bonnie as they discover citrus delights that mix the southern charm of old Florida with bright European sensibilities in a new bakery vision, featuring a refreshingly zesty world of desserts and beverages, focusing exclusively on lemon and orange flavors.
The menu features items like Bonnie's Lemonade Cold Brew with Orange Foam, unique Cuban Gelato Sandwiches, Icebox Citrus Tarts, nurturing Iced Tea, and more!
The new concept is not expected to launch until summer 2025, but already the food truck has visited Gideon's East End Market location offering customers the chance to test the exploratory menu!
