The growing sport of Pickleball is gaining huge momentum throughout the country, and a brand new pickleball and entertainment concept is being planned for Orlando, and its kind of a big dill!
The fast growing paddle sport of pickleball, which is often described as a combination of tennis, ping-pong and badminton, has seen a massive surge in popularity recently, and now a new pickleball and entertainment concept is coming to Orlando.
According to Orlando Business Journal, the South Carolina-based chain Crush Yard Pickleball Club & Restaurant will be opening a pickleball paradise featuring indoor courts, a restaurant with elevated pub food, a bar, and an outdoor lounge.
The chain’s first location is set to open in Charleston, closely followed by the location here in Orlando and another in Jacksonville.
The Orlando location will be coming to 7840 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee.
According to Crush Yard, the restaurant will feature plenty of healthy and indulgent options, all with a Southern flair.
And to quench that thirst? How about one of the largest self-pour beer, wine and mixed drink selections anywhere.
Right now, Crush Yard have not revealed a timescale for the project, but rest assured we will keep you up-to-date with all the latest!
