Gulfport GeckoFest is a quirky family-friendly festival that's quickly become a Tampa Bay tradition.

Get ready for the wild and wacky celebrations at Gulfport GeckoFest

Explore the colorful quirkiness of Gulfport at the annual GeckoFest on August 31, 2024.

The end-of-summer celebration is Gulfport’s biggest annual festival, honoring the waterfront village’s unofficial mascot and favorite reptile, the Gecko.

Browse great art, listen to live music, check out fun street performers and enjoy food and drinks from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. along Beach Boulevard.

This year's theme is "Saturday Night Live!" with festival goers encouraged to show up in costume.

Parking and admission are free, and the event is pet-friendly.

Gulfport’s annual GeckoFest is located along Beach and Shore Boulevards in the heart of Gulfport.

Enjoy live music on two stages, hundreds of food, art and craft vendors, kids’ activities, and street performances by acrobats, magicians, daredevils, dancers, aerialists, escape artists, fire eaters, balloon artists, and costumed characters.
